We at Precious Pearl Nails & Spa are committed to providing you with a relaxing and enjoyable experience while creating beautiful, healthy nails. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review the following policies:

Appointments:

We recommend booking appointments in advance to guarantee your desired date and time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Late Arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes may be offered, but arriving later may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule.
Cancellations: We appreciate at least 2-hours notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Service Policies:

  • Please advise your nail technician of any allergies or medical conditions before your service begins.
  • We offer a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail enhancements, and nail art.
  • Please see our service menu for detailed descriptions and pricing.
  • We recommend consulting with your nail technician about the best service for your needs and nail health.

Guarantees:

We offer a 7 days guarantee on Full Set Acrylic, Gel Extension (Gel X), Dipping Powder, Hard Gel, Gel Manicure, Gel Colors for chipping or lifting. Free repairs within this timeframe must be scheduled within 2 days of noticing the issue (except any unexpected circumstances). Regular polish services are not guaranteed.

Payment:

We accept all methods of payments (Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle, except American Express and Discover).

Salon Environment:

  • We strive to create a relaxing and professional atmosphere for all our clients.
  • For safety reasons, children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Pets, other than service animals, are not allowed in the salon.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please let your nail technician know if you have any concerns during your service. We also appreciate your feedback after your visit.
